De Landerije in Roosendaal is a prestigious, quiet, and green residential neighborhood located on the outskirts of the city. The neighborhood is known for its high-quality architecture, spacious layout, and modern, often detached homes situated along lush avenues and surrounded by green buffers and an ecological urban agriculture zone. The neighborhood comprises 350 homes, 60 of which are vacant lots. Between 2004 and 2010, we at AM, Dura Vermeer, and also on behalf of BPD, carried out the site management and area development.
The role involved overall responsibility for collaboration between market stakeholders and the municipality, overseeing land development and area development, as well as shared responsibility for various building development projects
