Commissioned by CTP Invest BV and in close collaboration with the Municipality of Gorinchem, we have developed a district plan and land development strategy for the transformation of Schelluinsestraat into a high-quality new residential and commercial area.
CONRATO has leveraged its expertise and experience to collaborate with the municipal project group and CTP in developing a smart, integrated plan that is feasible, takes phasing and property ownership into account, caters to a diverse residential environment for various target groups, and offers prospects for the upgrading of the project area. INBO / horizon concepts is involved in this as an urban planning firm. A WBI subsidy has been obtained for the construction of a new access road.
